We have been meeting in subcommittee with the Company.  We are working on Union proposals that address the need for improvements for all our members.

Some of the issues discussed were:

• Per diem increases
• Additional paid illness days
• Language differentials
• Increases in meal allowance
• Vacation improvements
• Improving the process for required overtime
• Removing restrictions of taking time off for employees returning from LOA

 We continue to research data in preparation for future proposals.
