 AB 67

AB 67, The Double Pay on the Holiday Act of 2015, guarantees that employees are fairly compensated for the undue hardships associated with working on the traditional family holidays of Thanksgiving and Christmas.

SB 48

SB 48 would reform the CPUC’s governance structure, more clearly outlining the roles and responsibilities of Commissioners and staff, and it would end loopholes that allow regulated utilities to influence CPUC Commissioners outside the public eye.

SB 406 would help more employees access job protected leave in order to care for a seriously ill family member.
