This afternoon your Union Bargaining Committee met formally with the Company.  The Union received another package proposal from the Company that included proposals on the following:

• Wages
• Benefits
• Illness Absence
• Premises Technician
• Employment Security and Layoffs
• Force Allocation
• Holidays
• Tuition Aid
• Incentive Threshold and Automatic Implementation (GIIT)
• National Transfer Plan

The Company withdrew its proposals on:

• Carryover Vacation and PDO’s
• 49-Hour Rule
• Sunday Plus Four
• Sunday Premium
• Grievance Process
• Monitoring

Your Union Team will be working this weekend reviewing the Company’s latest proposal.
