FrontierCA Bargaining Update#3

The Union and the Company met today April 23, 2020 to continue our bargaining efforts. The Union presented the following proposals to the Company:

· Wage Improvements

· Processes of Loaning Employees into Other Bargaining Units

· Improvements to Training

· Improvement to Job Bidding and Transfers with an emphasis on equality

The Company continues to receive our proposals without countering or making proposals of their own.

The next bargaining session is to be determined.
