IMPORTANT DATES:

All Authorizations to Spend issued between

October 1, 2016 and the end of the year will EXPIRE on December 31, 2016. Training must begin by 12/31/16 to use 2016 Horizons funds.

All applications requesting 2016 dollars must be received by the Horizons office no later than December 16, 2016 @ 12 midnight

 Applications for 2017 classes will not be accepted until December 19, 2016 and the Authorizations to Spend for 2017 classes will be issued starting on January 2, 2017.  The applications will be processed in the order which they are received.
