Frontier Unit Bargaining Update #1  -  JUNE 11, 2021

Your Union Bargaining Committee, in accordance with the 2015 Acquisition Agreement, initially demanded to meet for early bargaining in March, 2021. The Company has denied such request and has given no legitimate reason for not meeting with us. With this in mind it only stands to reason that the Company is obviously fearful of your bargaining committee and the power of your ability to mobilize. We have informed the Company that we are ready, willing and able to begin bargaining now. It appears that the Company only wants to meet 6 weeks prior to the expiration of the contract.

In the meantime your bargaining committee is meeting on a regular basis and we are currently reviewing the members bargaining survey results to develop your comprehensive critical items list.
