2018 Comcast Bargaining Report #1

The CWA Committee consists of CWA District 9 Staff Representative & Bargaining Chair Louis Rocha, Contractual Vice President Patrick Stadler and Stewards Joel John and Joe Guevara of Comcast Oakland.

The Union and the Employer have agreed on ground rules for negotiations and set a follow-up meeting for June 20th, 2018.  The Union Committee and the Company exchanged several proposals for review and consideration.  A Side Letter has been signed by CWA and Comcast to extend the contract while negotiations continue.  The Contract can be terminated by either side with a 14 day notice.
