 In the last couple of days your Union Bargaining Committee has met in formal session with the Company.  The Company has passed several retrogressive proposals across the table including the following:

• Elimination of holidays, including Appendix D & E;

• Elimination of carry over vacation and Personal Days Off, including Appendix D & E;

• Elimination of the 49-hour rule;

• Elimination of Sunday + 4;

• Elimination of Sunday premium pay;

• Elimination of overtime rules;

• Elimination of religious time;

• Elimination of set schedules for Service Representatives;

• Elimination of monitoring protections;

• Elimination of the 48-hour notice of schedule change and cancellation for Appendix E;

• Elimination of double time pay;

These are just a few examples of what we are facing in Our Fight for Fairness
