Details on the Mediator assisted Tentative Agreement
Ratification Ballots will be mailed this week
With the rejection of the initial tentative agreement, CWA Local Union Presidents or their designee met on July 7, 2017 to discuss items that needed to be presented in our meetings AT&T with the assistance of the Federal Mediator. CWA and AT&T reached a 2nd Tentative Agreement on July 14, 2017 with the help of the Federal Mediator for both Pacific/Nevada Bell and DIRECTV members in California and Nevada. Both our AT&T and DTV Bargaining teams are supporting the new tentative agreement.
Ratification ballots are being mailed out this week. The ratification count is scheduled for Thursday, August 10, 2017 and your completed ballot must be received in the post office box on or before August 9, 2017 in order to be counted.
