Yesterday, the Union Bargaining Committee Chair, Ellen West met with the Company Chair to discuss the status of bargaining and when AT&T is going to get serious about passing proposals. There were many proposals and other issues discussed between the parties. The following proposals were addressed:
- Wages
- Health Care
- New Hires
- Premises Technicians
- Pensions and Savings
- Attendance
- Overtime
- Card Check and Neutrality
- Success Sharing Plan
- Successorship
- Leveraged Title
- Monitoring
- Company Union Relations
- Appendix D
- Performance Standards
- Branded Apparel Program (BAP)
- Information Request
- MOA’s
Today the Union Bargaining Committee met with the Company in formal session and reached a tentative agreement on some of the outstanding Memoranda of Agreements, (MOA’s).
With the Stormy weather hitting across California and Nevada, it’s important that you remember to work safely and Work to Rule. Check your vehicle, watch your driving and try to stay warm and dry. Remember, “No job is so important and no service is so urgent that we cannot take time to perform our work safely and in an environmentally responsible manner.”
