CWA 9400 Premises Technicians
Today the Company and your Union Bargaining Committee met at the formal table. The Company moved on the following items:
- Illness Absence – New hires 3 days illness absence.
- Illness Absence – Appendix D – New hires 3 days illness absence.
- Appendix E – New hires 3 days illness absence.
- Prescription Drug Plan – 90-day supply at CVS at the mail order rate.
- Wage Credit – Provides a 5-year look-back for affiliate wage credit and experience/training/education wage credit.
- Relocation – Provides IRS mileage rates.
- Work Boots – If Company provided work boots become unusable during the year the Company will replace the boots.
The Company rejected the Union’s package proposals that included:

- Common Interest Forum
- Title Upgrades

- Meal Allowance

- National Transfer Plan
