Today your Union Bargaining Committee met with the Company. The Company gave the Union another package proposal that included minimal improvements in wages and the elimination of wait days for all appendices.
Thank you to all the CWA members participating in local mobilization activities, your efforts are being felt at the table.
39,000 of our brothers and sisters in CWA/IBEW in Verizon East are starting their 6th week of STRIKE DUTY. Your Union Bargaining Committee is asking all of our AT$T members to donate to the Verizon Striking Families Solidarity Fund, which will be used exclusively to assist striking families with special needs who are facing difficult financial circumstances.
