This afternoon your Union Bargaining Committee met formally with the Company. The Union received another package proposal from the Company that included proposals on the following:
- Wages
- Benefits
- Illness Absence
- Premises Technician
- Employment Security and Layoffs
- Force Allocation
- Holidays
- Tuition Aid
- Incentive Threshold and Automatic Implementation (GIIT)
- National Transfer Plan
The Company withdrew its proposals on:
- Carryover Vacation and PDO’s
- 49-Hour Rule
- Sunday Plus Four
- Sunday Premium
- Grievance Process
- Monitoring
Your Union Team will be working this weekend reviewing the Company’s latest proposal.
