CWA/ AT&T Bargaining Bulletin #39
June 10, 2016
CWA Local 9400 on ULP Strike in Fontana
CWA Local 9510 on ULP Strike at Camino Cap in San Juan
Two locals, 9400 and 9510 went out on Unfair Labor Practice strikes yesterday. Today the parties are still out while local leadership is attempting to rectify the issues with the Company.
These bulletins are as up-to-date as we can make them. Bargaining is a fluid process and occasionally negotiations stall due to the nature of bargaining. We will keep you posted as bargaining progresses. Stay strong, work safe, work to rule and let the Company know you want a fair contract and you want it now!
The President’s Meeting will be held in Washington D.C. next week so bargaining will resume again on June 15. Stay tuned for a report after that date.
FIGHTING FOR FAINESS
Thank you so much for sitting at the table for us. The company demands are insane. When you take your seat at the table, we are with you. When you stand up to the Company, we stand with you. When you speak, you speak with thousands of voices. United we stand. Thank you! ~
Anthony A. Von Dessauer, CWA Local 9412
All official negotiation and mobilization information will be delivered on the District 9 website. (www.district9.cwa-union.org), Local Websites and email lists.
