CWA-AT&T Mobility Bargaining Report #24, Friday, February 15, 2013

Bargaining resumed today with the Union passing the following proposals to the Company; LOA-Job/Sales Performance which addresses the RSSM for the Retail Sales Consultant; Article 16-Safety and Article 21-Absence.

The Company had nothing for the Union at our morning session; however they did take the above proposals which are currently being reviewed.

The Bargaining committee is on call and prepared to meet at any time of the day or night.
