Verizon Bargaining Update: Tentative Agreement

Tentative Four-Year Agreement
between CWA and Verizon Select Services, Inc.
The Telecom Vice Presidents on CWA's Executive Board have unanimously approved the agreement and the bargaining committee recommends ratification.
The agreement contains many improvements and none of the changes to the current contract are retrogressive.
Improvements include:
Dental Plan individual yearly allotment
Enhanced Vision Plan
Vacation Days - Up to 4 may be used in 4-hour increments
Increased Protective Footwear Allowance
Increased On-Call Differential
Verizon Wireless Services Discounts
11.2% Cumulative Wage Increase over the term of the agreement
D9 Local Presidents will discuss details of the agreement and the ratification process.
