Frontier Bargaining Update

Today your Bargaining Committee met with the Company to discuss Job Security with possible changes to the FiOS Jobs of the Future MOA. Frontier’s immediate reaction was that they were flabbergasted and offended to even discuss this “huge major issue”. The Company repeatedly expressed no interest in discussing this topic of Job Security, in regards to this MOA. As you read the message from Jim Peelman today, know that not all of their current proposals reflect their commitment to reaching a fair contract that would benefit you and your families. Also, as stated in Peelman’s message “you will continue to see investments being made back into the business to support you.” (Notice he states the continued investment will be made to the business, not you!)

Your Bargaining Committee will resume negotiations again tomorrow and Friday.
