Outage Outrage
It is time to turn the spotlight on AT&T and Verizon's poor (and worsening) record of reliability. Customers are still angry over the widespread outages, and we need to tell the truth about the cause: deep job cuts, inadequate maintenance, and a lack of concern for customer service.
Do you have a good example of how BAD bad customer service can be? Do you know lifeline customers that were out of service for several days? People who needed to--but couldn't--call 911? Small businesses that were out of business due to loss of service?
