AT&T Bargaining Bulletin #25
July 19, 2024
As we continue our negotiations with the Company, it seems that every time we get close to reaching a fair agreement, AT&T’s greed rears its head. The company consistently digs in with its take-it-or-leave-it approach to bargaining. The most significant hurdle we’re facing is AT&T’s refusal to pay retroactive wages, which would amount to over $1,000 for each member. This is an unacceptable stance, especially considering our members' hard work and dedication.
We want to express our deepest gratitude for your continued mobilization activities. Your support and solidarity are crucial as we push forward in these negotiations. Together, we will strive to secure the fair and just contract we all deserve.
In solidarity,
Mike Barfield, Staff Representative Jason Hall, Local 9423
Art Gonzalez, Local 9511 Chris Roberts, Local 9509
