AT&T Bargaining Bulletin #78
May 3, 2017
CWA District 9 at the AT&T Annual Shareholders Meeting in Dallas, TX
Your Union bargaining team met formally with the Company yesterday and presented a comprehensive proposal. This proposal covered the concerns of the membership, including but not limited to:
- Health Care
- Benefits/ New Hire Benefit
- Appendix D
- Appendix E
- Wages
- Pensions
- Leverage Title
- Monitoring
We await the company’s response to our latest counter-proposal. The bargaining team realizes that this has been a long process and continued mobilization is necessary to secure the contract that the members deserve. From informational picketing, to community rallies, to engaging our elected officials and workplace action the members have been making their voices and concerns heard at every level. We have come too far to give up now. Now is when we dig in our heels and show the true unity and absolute resolve to bring home a fair contract.
It’s important to stay informed and active in our fight. If you haven’t already, be sure to sign up for our text updates by texting D9ATT to 69866.
In solidarity,
