AT&T Mobility Orange Contract 2017 Bargaining: # 9
The Company finally supplied the Union with a huge amount of data related to Call Center monitoring. While we did not meet with the Company today, the Bargaining Team spent most the day analyzing the data received and formulating our proposals. We are scheduled to reconvene with the Company tomorrow. The Bargaining Team will be getting a demonstration of the call monitoring system. Call monitoring is a significant issue because of the stress and discipline associated with it in our Call Centers. The Bargaining Team remains committed to address all the important issues facing our members.
We will join everyone tonight on the Town Hall call at 8 PM EST. We will begin calling people who registered shortly before 8 PM. If you have not registered or do not receive a call, you can dial in on 1-855-269-4485.
Stay strong Sisters and Brothers!!
In Solidarity,
