We have continued to meet with the Company in both formal session and subcommittee. We have made it very clear what it is going to take in order for us to reach a settlement.
At this time, we have seen little to no movement from the company. Progress is painfully slow. At this pace, it is hard to believe that the company is serious about reaching an agreement by April 9th. It’s time to let the Company know that we are serious!
