The Union and the Company met today in formal session. In an effort to prompt the Company to move, the Union submitted a package proposal to the Company that included medical benefits and language in three (3) proposals that related to maintaining current contract language for access to AUTS at eighteen (18) months.  Also included was a proposal on the Success Sharing Plan to establish a minimum- payout each year and a proposal for Quota/Target Relief for call center employees. 

Today marked the 50th Session at the bargaining table. Your Union Bargaining Committee is holding the line at the table to ensure they get you the best contract possible!
