CWA/ AT&T Bargaining Bulletin # 76
April 12, 2017
CWA 9003 Representing at the April 9, 2017 Rally in San Jose, marking the one year anniversary of the contract expiration.
A
AT&T presented the Union Bargaining Team with a package proposal today.
The package shows very little movement regarding HealthCare, the Premises Technicians wages and the New Hires. The Company made no changes to the Scope of Work for the Premises Technicians. The Company’s proposal did not provide retroactivity for wages, but provided a 2% lump sum payment based on the employee’s weekly wage rate.
After waiting months to receive this proposal, it is apparent by the Company’s actions, they do not take us seriously.
Continue to ramp up your mobilization activities and tell management
