CWA-AT&T Mobility Bargaining Report #19, Sunday, February 10, 2013
After yet another failed attempt at reaching a new tentative agreement before contract expiration, the Company and Union agreed to extend the contract.
This means that the terms and conditions of the current contract will remain in effect while bargaining continues. It’s business as usual for now. If you are scheduled to work Sunday, you should report to work for you scheduled shift.
Bargaining will continue Sunday, February 10, 2013.
