CWA-AT&T Mobility Bargaining Report #7, Tuesday, January 29, 2013
Bargaining resumed today with the Company making a presentation on COR Compensation. During this presentation the Company explained their new commission plan for year 2013 in comparison to the plan that was in effect for 2012.
The Company passed proposals expanding the changes to the language they already presented in
Article 22-Vacations and Article 23-Holidays. The Company also rejected the Union’s proposals on
Article 18-Union Activities; which was specific to the establishment of an electronic bulletin board in addition to the new Letter of Agreement-Close Time.
The Union passed a new Letter of Agreement-Customer Surveying. The language being proposed would protect employees from being disciplined by the results of customer surveying and would require the Company to consider factors that are beyond the control of the employee.
Bargaining resumes Wednesday, January 30, 2013.
