CWA 9417 Newton Road Stockton Demanding RESPECT and a Fair Contract
During today’s meeting with the company, Your Bargaining Committee was given a new package proposal.
- The Company has removed their language that originally took away the Day after Thanksgiving as a paid Holiday.
- The Company proposed a new addition of $0.20 per hour for the additional scope of work that they believe will be embraced by all Appendix E employees.
- The Company removed its increase in mileage for relocation.
- The Company removed its retrogressive Article 2 language which would have allowed the company to move the employees work location without paying time and/or mileage under Article 5.
