In the last couple of days your Union Bargaining Committee has met in formal session with the Company. The Company has passed several retrogressive proposals across the table including the following:
Elimination of holidays, including Appendix D & E;
Elimination of carry over vacation and Personal Days Off, including Appendix D & E;
Elimination of the 49-hour rule;
Elimination of Sunday + 4;
Elimination of Sunday premium pay;
Elimination of overtime rules;
Elimination of religious time;
Elimination of set schedules for Service Representatives;
Elimination of monitoring protections;
Elimination of the 48-hour notice of schedule change and cancellation for Appendix E;
Elimination of double time pay;
These are just a few examples of what we are facing in Our Fight for Fairness
