CWA/ AT&T Bargaining Bulletin #29
May 6, 2016
Local 9511 at Carmel Mountain Mobility Store
The Union has had many discussions with the Company regarding the working conditions and unattainable targets of the Leveraged Representatives, only to fall on deaf ears. The current Representatives are struggling to meet targets and quotas with both wages and performance discipline pressures. Not only is the Company failing to bargain a solution to the unfair and unrealistic targets and quotas for the current workers, the Company is proposing that the Leveraged Titles, (Sales Consultant and Sales Consultant Bilingual Titles) are part of the Job Offer Guarantee (JOG) for all workers in a declared surplus.
