CWA/ AT&T Bargaining Bulletin #32
CWA/ AT&T Bargaining Bulletin #32
May 16, 2016
Local 9505 in front of 177 Colorado in Pasadena
Your bargaining team met with the company today at formal table and rejected their package proposal which included a paltry wage increase offer that does not compensate for the escalating costs in healthcare or keep up with annual cost of living increases. The company still has illness absence wait days in their proposal and is not offering any paid illness absence days for new hires.
The Union had previously rejected the company’s proposals on employment security, force allocation and benefits and reiterated the need for significant movement on the company’s part in order to come to a settlement.
We demand a fair contract!
