Yesterday there were informal discussions between the Company and the Union. Some of the issues that you provided to us, such as COLA, Retroactive Pay, Wages, Job Security, Pensions, Differentials and On-call were shared with the Company. Additional items will be discussed later today. 

We are making every effort to work through the items you provided at our Town Hall Zoom meeting last week. We appreciate the input you provided and questions that you asked. Some of you have contacted me with additional questions and I welcome that. 

Discussions will resume tomorrow.
