Yesterday the Union and Company discussed differentials, on-call, medical, wages and retroactive pay but primarily the conversation centered on sick time. This was an issue that was raised at our Zoom Town Hall meeting last week. The members on the call told us they wanted to see 100% paid for sick time instead of the current 75%. This was expressed to the Company.
Discussions resumed today on the Union’s issues. Further discussions will take place tomorrow.
