Good news!! Today the Union and the Company reached a Tentative Agreement on a 3-year contract! We were able to make further improvements on wages, differentials, on-call, and the medical plan. We were even able to achieve a ratification bonus.

Next week, coverage on the Agreement will be held with the local presidents, and we are scheduling another Town Hall Meeting for the members. Your elected bargaining committee will be working on preparing a final bargaining report early next week. More to come…
