The Union and Company resumed negotiations for the purpose of addressing proposals and counter proposals. The following are some of the items addressed today:

Union’s Article 23 proposal

The Company exchanged counters and we had a conversation regarding Holidays. The Union and Company will resume discussions and present counters tomorrow.

While the Company is expecting to present counters on Healthcare tomorrow, we had ongoing conversations regarding the following:

Staffing

Overtime

Contracting

Both the Company and the Union are independently going through the MOAs to prepare for discussions, we expect to make progress in this area tomorrow as well. Both committees are working on research and counter proposals and will resume bargaining tomorrow morning.
