The Union and Company resumed negotiations. The following are some of the items addressed today:

Union’s Comprehensive Medical / Medical Contributions

The Company exchanged counters and we had a lengthy conversation regarding some of the items countered. The Union and Company will resume discussions and present counters tomorrow.

Article 25 allowances, the Union and Company had more conversations regarding allowances and will be crossing proposals tomorrow with hopes of movement and agreements.

We addressed Article 32 again and will be presenting counters when we resume tomorrow.

The Union inquired about the outstanding 13 proposals and counters presented to the Company and the Company advised we should be getting some responses tomorrow and stated they will be “noodling” on all the outstanding proposals to have some dialogue tomorrow and possible movement.

Both the Company and the Union are independently going through the MOAs still, to prepare for discussions, we expect to make progress in this area tomorrow as well. Both committees are working on research and counter proposals and will resume bargaining tomorrow morning.
