Today, your bargaining team met with Frontier, and it was not productive. The Company presented counter proposals on Healthcare Contributions and the Comprehensive Medical Plan - the proposals were regressive. The Company has been called out on their actions!  Your bargaining committee is scheduled to meet with the Company tomorrow to continue negotiations. Please engage your fellow members and ramp up your mobilization, the Company needs to know we will not stand for these regressive negotiating tactics. Your bargaining committee shows up each and every day ready to fight for a fair contract!
