Today, your bargaining team met with Frontier.  The Company rejected the Union’s proposal on Article 32 (Sickness and Accident Benefits) and the 2-hour Vacation Utilization MOA. The Company and Union continued discussions regarding Sick Benefits, and the Union submitted a new Article 32 proposal with an accompanying MOA. The Union held consistent that we need to make progress on the health care proposals.  However, Frontier has requested additional time – no movement.  Today’s session concluded after the Union presented a new MOA addressing Due Process.  Negotiations will resume Monday morning.

The Membership is the reason for Frontier’s profits – they need to hear from you.
