The Union and Company resumed negotiations for the purpose of addressing proposals and counter proposals. 

Union’s Article 32 proposal 

The Company rejected portions of the new proposed Article 32 by the Union, but after fluid conversation, the Union is working on a counter to submit by tomorrow.

Union’s Kin care proposal 

The Company rejected the Unions proposal regarding Kin Care.

Union’s FFI proposal

The Company and the Union had more conversation on the Union’s proposal for less contracting. The Company rejected the proposal as written.  The Union will be working on another counter to present tomorrow. 

Unions proposal on “Due Process”

The Company and Union had extensive conversation regarding the Due Process MOA presented by the Union. The Company would like to do some research before countering and or rejecting what is before them. 

Your Bargaining committee remains diligent in reminding the Company that utilizing and having benefits for the employees should not be frowned upon. It enables our members to have work/life balance and to feel appreciated by an employer that we all have done our parts in bringing this Company back from a Bankruptcy and enabling Nick Jeffries to boast about record breaking profits! WE ARE THE NETWORK. WE ARE THE FRONTLINE. WE ARE THE WORKFORCE. WE DESERVE OUR FAIR SHARE!!! RAMP UP MOBILIZATION!!!
