The Union and Company resumed negotiations. 

Today was a far more productive day than yesterday.  The Union and the Company began fluid discussions on various articles, topics, and concerns from both sides.

The Union and Company had committee sessions to deep dive issues and attempt to find common ground resolutions that enables the Company to flourish while also enabling the hard-working front line to feel appreciated for all the hard work you all put in day in and day out, and that results in a “fair-share” resolve for our members as well. 

We do not feel its unreasonable or unrealistic for us to expect our proportionate rewards for our part in this Company’s ongoing success. 

Let’s keep the momentum going. Don’t forget tomorrow’s rally in Whittier, CA and Sunday in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Let’s show the community that we deserve our fair share and we do not bargain in silence!
