Frontier Bargaining Report #2 - 8/28/25

Frontier Bargaining Report #2
8/28/25
Today, both teams met for bargaining. The Union presented several proposals regarding articles 4, 23, and 10. The Company had clarifying questions to the previous Union proposals. The Company did not have proposals to present at this time. The Union also advised the Company we are in need of the data previously requested via our Comprehensive Document request and asked them for piece mill of the documentation as received so we can continue to be productive at the table. The Union asked the Company for any additional proposals they may be able to present and they advised they needed to caucus on that and are looking at working on counters to what we presented and are working on additional proposals to the Union. The Union and the Company had fluid conversation on “due process” and “just cause” and will continue to broach this throughout bargaining. We will be resuming the table tomorrow.
REMINDER: UNITED WE BARGAIN, DIVIDED WE BEG. WE ARE THE NETWORK!
We appreciate the solid support received and are proud to be here representing you!
