Frontier Bargaining Report #20
9/30/2025
Yesterday and today, we had in depths discussions and proposals regarding:
- Due Process
- Article 32
- FFI jobs of the future
- FNFT
- CST II’s
- On Loan Guidelines
- LTD
- 401k
We also broke into committees and are reviewing the MOAs. We have had a lot of back and forth about the concessions the Membership has endured over the years and while the Company has been fortunate enough to turn around from a Bankruptcy, we were never considered when making individuals whole. The corporate big wigs received their bonuses and bragged about it and we are still here asking for our fair share.
“The greatest assets of company are its people, and engaged employees are the cornerstone of its success.”
Your Bargaining Committee would be remiss if we didn’t mention how AWESOME it was to see all of you at the Rallies held this past weekend in Whittier and Rancho Cucamonga. This is the type of solidarity and support needed to cross the finish line together!! We are still hearing it in our heads “WHO ARE WE?” “CWA!!!!!”
REMEMBER UNITED WE BARGAIN-DIVIDED WE BEG! STAND IN SOLIDARITY, STAY FOCUSED AND AS A REMINDER-RED THURSDAY AND BLACK FRIDAY!
