Frontier Bargaining Report #22 - October 7, 2025

Frontier Bargaining Report #22
10/7/2025
Your Bargaining Team and the Company had another day of back and forth regarding several issues:
- TPA
(The Company feels you’re not worthy of a bonus for your work)
- WAGES
(The Company feels you do not deserve to have a living wage that allows you to live in California and work without being stressed out on how to pay your bills)
- ARTICLE 32
(The Company would rather nickel and dime benefits you have earned than allow you a day to rest, get better and not worry about how you will take care of your family because you got sick)
- ARTICLE 23
(The Company feels you have enough days off and it would cost them too much to allow you to have any more time with your families)
- LTD (Still waiting)
- 401K
(The Company seems to think people should work until they almost die before they can retire)
Your Bargaining team is having to continuously remind the Company about all the years of losses we took despite their gains. It is time we have a CBA that reflects our contributions to this Company’s success and we finally see some gains for us, the employees.
The disgraceful proposals being pushed across the table regarding all the above are a true indicator of ill-equipped individuals at the top in positions they shouldn’t be in due to hedge funds trying to get as much juice out of the turnip as they can. Those individuals not at this table need to step aside and allow the adults to work.
The company sure doesn’t seem like they are interested in a successful acquisition with all the tedious and tactless back and forth over the most minute items.
Your Bargaining team thought we would be at a point of a ratification vote, not still arguing over compensation that is well earned and deserved by our members.
Be PROUD of your work ethic and what you’ve done for this Company and the Stockholders during their financial crisis.
MOBILIZE - Tell your immediate supervisor you’re a valid contributor, NOT just a number to the bean counters and the executives who use your metrics to earn another bonus.
STAND IN SOLIDARITY!!! WE MUST STAND UNITED FOR A FAIR AND EQUITABLE CONTRACT! REMINDER: RED THURSDAY- BLACK FRIDAY!
SAY IT LOUD, SAY IT PROUD----- WHO ARE WE??? CWA !!!!!!
