Frontier Bargaining Update

Today your Bargaining Committee met at the table with the Company. The Union proposed new language on improvements to Job Security, Wages, Healthcare Contributions and Contracting language. We felt slight progress was achieved. Your Bargaining Committee continues to fight for the members demands. California’s strong fight for wages, job security, healthcare and other benefits has enabled our brothers and sisters in other areas to quickly achieve tentative agreements. While we celebrate their victories we continue our fight in California. Nick said it himself “the connection to the World that the customers enjoy is made possible by our skill, expertise and dedication to service”. We agree with Nick’s statement. But talk is cheap, actions speak louder than words.
