Unity @ Mobility- Sign the petition

Unity at Mobility

Last month, AT&T Mobility decided to close call centers in Atwater, CA, and Springfield, IL — an action that will eliminate almost 600 CWA-represented jobs.

CWA and Unity@Mobility have been actively pursuing bringing these jobs back to the company — but AT&T needs to hear from you. Sign the petition below and show we are united behind this fight.

Closing these call centers is not only unfair to employees but also shortsighted.

CWA members keep AT&T healthy and profitable by bringing experience, skills, and dedication to serving their customers and communities. CWA members solicit their friends, families, and fellow CWA members to purchase AT&T services and products since they are the only completely unionized wireless carrier. In fact, for more than a decade CWA has actively promoted AT&T Mobility and other labor unions.

We need to demand that AT&T live up to its responsibility as a corporation that cares about its employees.

Please share your outrage about these closures and support your CWA union brothers and sisters who are losing their jobs by signing the petition below:

These jobs have helped build and sustain middle-class families in these communities and given workers a chance at the American Dream. We need to protect them.

In unity,

Annie Hill
Secretary-Treasurer, CWA

Dear Randall Stephenson,

You have decided to close Mobility call centers in Atwater, CA, and Springfield, IL — an action that will eliminate almost 600 CWA-represented jobs. These jobs have helped build and sustain middle class families in these communities and have given workers a chance at the American Dream.

CWA has continuously pursued bringing these jobs back to AT&T. Closing these call centers is not only unfair to employees but also shortsighted.

CWA members keep AT&T a healthy and profitable corporation with their experience, skills, and dedication to serving their customers and communities. They also solicit their friends, families, and fellow CWA members at other employers to purchase AT&T services and products since they are the only completely unionized wireless carrier. For more than a decade CWA has actively promoted AT&T Mobility and other labor unions.

We demand that AT&T live up to its responsibility as a corporation that cares about employees and reverse this decision.

In unity,
AT&T Mobility
