Unity @ Mobility- Tentative Agreement Reached

Brothers and sisters,

I have good news to report.

The Union and Company met today and reached a new tentative agreement on the AT&T Mobility “Orange” contract. The Bargaining Committee is pleased with its terms and unanimously recommends a “yes” vote.

Agreement

Because we have reached an agreement and want to be sure we present it to all members in full detail, we are canceling this Sunday's Town Hall Call. Instead, we will schedule individual conference calls with Locals over the next week. Members should contact their Local Union office for information about their call.

If you have any questions in the meantime, please email us directly at mobility@cwa-union.org.

In addition to the calls, all Mobility Members will receive a Final Bargaining Summary along with the ratification vote ballot at the address they have on file with their Local.

Click the link below to read a summary of the agreement now. We’ll be in touch soon with more details:

Assuming the tentative agreement is ratified, it will become effective on Friday, April 5, 2013.

In unity,
