Today your Union Bargaining Committee met with the Verizon Bargaining Committee. The Union accepted two proposals, one on the Memorandums of Agreement and another on holidays for new hires. The Union presented counter proposals on differentials, on call, and wages.
The Company rejected Union proposals on COLA, improved TPA and improved boot allowance.
The Bargaining Teams will meet tomorrow in hopes of moving further along.
