It’s been a while, but we have been having serious off the record discussions that helped move bargaining along. We were able to express the seriousness of your needs, including No Lay-Off Language, Call Routing, USA based call handling, Work at Home and Medical Benefits.

Now we’re down to just a few very critical issues and items, including FiOS Jobs of the Future, Retiree Medical, 401(k) Match and Wages. We believe it has been the actions from our members that have given us this momentum. We are asking that you continue your strong mobilization efforts.
