Frontier Bargaining Update March 17, 2022
We met with the Company today and addressed some of your serious concerns. We also continued to emphasize the members overwhelming “NO” vote and that the Company has to get serious and hear the members concerns. Here are the items that we presented today:
- Job Security
- Wages + TPA
- Healthcare
- Grievance Process
- Work at Home
- Healthy Families-Healthy Workplace
The Company and the Union have tentatively agreed to meet next week and both sides are reviewing the data collected.
