CWA/Verizon West Bargaining Report #6, Friday, February 22, 2013

After 4 weeks of bargaining, the Company has rejected over 80% of the Union’s proposals and not backed off any of its retrogressive cost shifting proposals. Below is a comparison of the Verizon contracts settled; VZ East, VZ Southwest and VZ California- still in negotiations.

We are still in Negotiations with Verizon and have a lot more bargaining to do. We want to make sure that every member knows what is at stake in this round of Bargaining.
