The Union and Company worked well into the morning with the goal of achieving a tentative agreement by expiration.
With the numerous open proposals, the Union and Company paused negotiations as we work through proposals and counter proposals submitted by both parties.

The parties agreed to resume negotiation preparation Monday, September 8 with the goal of reaching tentative agreements.
The Union did not agree to extend the expired contract – we are working without a contract as of Sunday, September 7 [2025].
The Union will not consider an extension until the Company shows the same sense of urgency and dedication to reaching a fair and equitable contract for all Members.
